- We do not sell any information.
1 Information We Collect
Information you give us
None is required to play. Memory Match has no account, login, or sign-up. Children can play without providing any personal details.
Information stored on your device
- Your progress: levels completed, stars earned, and worlds unlocked
- Your chosen card theme (for example, Cute Animals or Yummy Fruits)
- Basic game settings such as sound preferences
This information stays on your device and is used only to save your game. It is not sent to us.
Information collected automatically
- Non-personal device and app data (such as device type, operating system version, and general app usage) that helps us fix bugs and improve the game
- Advertising and analytics identifiers used by our service providers (see Sections 3 and 4)
2 How We Use Information
- To save and restore your game progress and settings
- To show levels, stars, and unlock new worlds and card themes
- To keep the app running smoothly and fix problems
- To display ads that keep Memory Match free to play
3 Advertising
Memory Match is free and supported by ads. Ads are delivered through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). To keep the app child-appropriate, we request that ads be limited to non-personalized or child-directed content where required by law and app-store policy.
Ad providers may use limited technical information (such as a device advertising identifier) to serve and measure ads. They do not receive personal details like a name or email, because the app never collects those.
4 Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services to operate the app:
- Ad networks (for example, Google AdMob) to display ads
- Analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand app performance and fix errors
- App store platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store) for distribution
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the policies of Google and your app store.
5 Children's Privacy
Memory Match is designed for children and families. We take children's privacy seriously and aim to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR-K, and Google Play's Families Policy.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- The app has no chat, social features, or way to contact other players.
- Ads are configured to be child-directed / non-personalized where required.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
6 Data Security & Retention
- Game progress is kept locally on your device, not on our servers.
- Uninstalling the app removes locally stored progress and settings.
- We use reasonable measures to protect any data handled by our service providers.
7 Your Choices
- You can reset your ad identifier in your device settings.
- You can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.
- You can remove all local game data by uninstalling the app.
8 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
